Our environmental commitment
Our planet faces unprecedented challenges, and we want to make sure Bookwhen operates responsibly and contributes to a positive change.
Our ambition is to become ‘net positive’ in terms of our carbon emissions, meaning that we’re responsible for saving more carbon emissions than we create.

How we're reducing our impact.
Management begins with measurement. Last year we were responsible for 11.5 tonnes of CO2 as a business. This is the equivalent of flying around the world four times.
Here's what we're doing to reduce our impact:
-
Using Google Cloud Platform for all infrastructure, which is powered by 100% renewable energy
-
Moving across to renewable energy suppliers for home workers
-
Employing an approach of ‘reduce, reuse, recycle’ for our supplies and waste
-
Taking the train wherever practical, instead of flying or driving

Projects we support
To increase our impact, we support organisations who are tackling a range of environmental issues
